Despite the ongoing dialogue around mental health, it is still believed that mental health conditions are rare and cannot happen to ‘us’. More often we see their signs and symptoms in close quarters but continue to live in denial. Just because like a physical diagnosis, there is no medical test available, it is easy to disregard it and brush away the warning signs.
