A crucial thing the pandemic made us realise was the importance of having a strong immune system. Before coronavirus, we never really made efforts to boost our natural health. But with a spike in the COVID-19 cases, people started trying different types of kadhas and home remedies to boost their immunity and cut down the risk of infection. Just because it was made from natural products, many people started having kadhas 3 to 5 times a day. What they did not know that even healthy foods can turn dangerous when consumed incorrectly and in excess.
